This document governs the rights and obligations between users and the gtr303 platform. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using the gtr303 platform, users are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the full contents of this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using gtr303 services in any form, users confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Use of this platform by anyone below the required age is strictly prohibited.
These terms apply to all users who access gtr303 via mobile browser, desktop, or any other means of access. If a user disagrees with any of the terms set out here, they are asked to stop using the platform immediately.
gtr303 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users who continue using the platform after changes are published are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the gtr303 platform. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses, promotions, or platform systems is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. False or invalid information may result in account suspension and withdrawal requests being denied until identity verification is completed.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure. All activity that occurs under a user's account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is considered to have been carried out by the account holder. gtr303 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. User Obligations & Prohibited Activities
Users must use the gtr303 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with applicable regulations. Use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately deactivated.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gtr303 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or betting.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for financial gain.
- Distributing offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content through the platform's communication features.
- Committing identity fraud or using another person's data without their consent.
Violations of these terms may result in temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, or legal action in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia.
4. Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the gtr303 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods available and approved by the platform, including supported local bank transfers and digital wallets.
Users must ensure that funds used for deposits come from a legitimate source in the user's own name. Deposits originating from cards or accounts belonging to third parties will not be processed and may result in account freezing until the source of funds has been verified.
Withdrawals require a fully verified account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method. gtr303 reserves the right to delay withdrawals if there are indications of suspicious activity or if identity verification has not been completed. Any transaction fees that may be charged by the payment service provider are the responsibility of the user.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
gtr303 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent legal authority. In certain circumstances, suspension may be temporary while an internal investigation is conducted.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, unless otherwise determined in writing by the gtr303 team. If an account is closed for a non-violation reason (such as a user's own request), any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is completed.
Users may submit a voluntary account closure request at any time by contacting the customer support team. The closure process will be completed once all pending transactions have been settled and identity verification has been fulfilled. gtr303 encourages users who feel they need to limit their playing activity to make use of the responsible gaming features available.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Governing Law
All content found on the gtr303 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of gtr303 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from gtr303.
This platform may provide links or references to third-party websites for the convenience of users. gtr303 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the gtr303 platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism determined by the platform. Users agree that these terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and gtr303 regarding the use of the service.
